The cultural landscape of Assam witnessed a spectacular evening of wit and satire during the recent Hasya Kavi Sammelan in Golaghat. Organized by the Mitra Mandal, the event titled “Hasya Kalash” was held at the Kala Kshetra, Golaghat. The program commenced on 20 March 2022 from 06:15 PM onwards, drawing a massive crowd of poetry enthusiasts. The stage was graced by the legendary Surender Sharma, whose signature style left the audience in splits.
