To celebrate the festive occasion of Holi and promote the continuous development of Hindi language and culture in North Bengal, Rangmanch is presenting a grand Rashtriya Hasya Kavi Sammelan in Siliguri. This cultural Samaroh is scheduled for February 28, 2026, and will be held at the Deenbandhu Manch. The evening promises a vibrant display of wit and literary art, starting from 5:30 PM.
The event features a stellar lineup of invited poets, including the renowned Pro. Ompal Singh Nidar (Oaj Shiromani and former MP from Firozabad) and K.K. Agnihotri (Hasya, Kanpur). The Manch Sanchalan will be handled by Kavi Karan Singh Jain, who is also a noted Hasya Vyangya poet. Other distinguished performers include Jay Kumar Ruswa (Hasya, Kolkata), Sanjay Singh Babuji (Geetkar, Bhopal), Preeti Suman (Shringar/Hasya, Varanasi), and Kunwar Pranjal Singh (Shringar/Geetkar, Tundla).
