The evening is set to be presided over by senior poet Bal Swaroop Rahi, with the presence of Dr. Harish Naval and the organizing leadership of Padma Shri Surendra Sharma. The event features a star-studded lineup of invited poets including Arun Gemini, Shambhu Shikhar (Bihar), Dr. Sita Sagar, and Nilotpal Mrinal (Bhopal). The schedule begins with Jalpan at 5:00 PM, followed by a Bhajan performance by Dr. Prabhakar Narayan Pathak at 5:45 PM. The main Kavya Path is scheduled to commence at 7:00 PM.
