As part of the prestigious Vikramotsav 2026, a grand Akhil Bharatiya Kavi Sammelan Ujjain is scheduled to take place at the Ghantaghar Chowk. The Samaroh is organized by the Maharaja Vikramaditya Shodhpeeth, Department of Culture, Government of Madhya Pradesh, in collaboration with the District Administration. This edition of the festival is dedicated to Adidev Mahadev and the continuous journey of India’s development. The event will feature a stellar lineup of nationally renowned poets, including Padma Shri Dr. Sunil Jogi from New Delhi and the witty Arun Gemini. Other featured participants include Gajendra Priyanshu, Deepak Pareek, Priyanka Rai, Ragini Jha, Parth Naveen, Upendra Pandey, and Aditya Jain. The program, moderated by Sutradhar Dinesh Diggaj, will commence on March 14, 2026, at 8:30 PM.
