The event is scheduled to take place on February 28 and March 1, 2026, coinciding with Phalgun Shukla Dvadashi-Trayodashi, Vikram Samvat 2082. The venue for this literary gathering is the Rabindra Bhavan Parisar, New Delhi. The Kavi Sammelan will feature a distinguished panel of poets, including the renowned Gajendra Solanki and Dr. Kirti Kale.
