Rotary District 3054 recently organized a vibrant Hasya Hungama as part of its District Conference, titled Sampravah. This unique event was held in a Virtual – 3D Hybrid Model from June 25th to 27th, 2021. The Kavi Sammelan session, which took place on Friday, 25th June, was sponsored by the Rotary Club Jaipur Citizen and began at 8:30 PM onwards. The gathering served as a significant cultural highlight of the conference, bringing together members from across the district.

The Samaroh featured an elite lineup of poets, including the melodic Vishnu Saxena and the celebrated Mumtaz Naseem. Other invited poets who graced the digital stage were Arun Jaimini and Chirag Jain. The host for the evening was Rotary Club Kota (the DG’s Home Club), with key leadership roles held by District Governor Rajesh Agarwal, President Pramod Jain, Secretary Sandeep Jain, and Program Coordinator Sudhir Jain. On the auspicious occasion of Holi, the Marwadi Yuva Manch Biratnagar is set to organize the prestigious Hari Singh Dugad Smriti Hasya Kavi Sammelan. This grand event, being held for the first time in Nepal as a complete family program, will feature renowned poets from India. The lineup includes the celebrated Arun Gemini (Haryana), Pradeep Choubey (Madhya Pradesh), Chirag Jain (Delhi), and Shambhu Shikhar (Bihar).

The main Sammelan is scheduled for Falgun 26 (Thursday) at Jain Bhawan, Biratnagar, starting at 6:09 PM. The town of Chaksu is preparing to host a magnificent Kavi Sammelan in Chaksu scheduled for 06 October 2022. This cultural Samaroh will commence at 08:00 PM at the well-known Dussehra Ground. The event promises a night of literary brilliance, bringing together a diverse group of talented poets to perform live for the local audience.

The lineup for the evening includes prominent names such as Ramesh Muskan and Chirag Jain, who are set to captivate the crowd with their unique styles. This gathering at the Dussehra Ground is expected to be a highlight of the local festive season, celebrating the rich tradition of Hindi poetry.

A magnificent Hasya Kavi Sammelan in Kolkata is scheduled to take place on 17 March 2022. This cultural Samaroh will be held at the prestigious G.D. Birla Sabhagar, Birla Mandir, starting at 06:30 PM. The event promises an evening filled with wit and satire, bringing together some of the most respected voices in Hindi literature.

The audience will be treated to performances by the legendary Surendra Sharma and the renowned Arun Gemini. This Virat gathering also includes other talented poets like Ved Prakash, Ramesh Muskan, and Manisha Shukla. This event is a significant highlight for the literary community in Kolkata, offering a blend of traditional humor and contemporary social commentary.

JCI Amravati Golden is set to host a magnificent Hasya Kavi Sammelan in Amravati as part of its cultural calendar. This laughter-filled Samaroh will take place on Saturday, 08 October 2022, starting at 07:30 PM. The venue for this prestigious event is the Sant Dnyaneshwar Sanskritik Bhavan in Amravati, Maharashtra.

The evening will be graced by a stellar lineup of poets, including the legendary Padmashri Surendra Sharma and the witty Shri Ashkaran Atal. Under the theme “Leading is Our Duty,” JCI India presents this gathering to bring the community together through literary excellence and humor.
