A grand Hasya Kavi Sammelan in Kathmandu was organized to bring the joy of satire and poetry to the capital city. The Samaroh was presented by the Indian Citizens Association of Nepal in association with the Embassy of India, Nepal. The event took place on Saturday, April 9th, 2022, at the Buddha Hall, DAV School, Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur.
The program featured a stellar performance by the popular poet Chirag Jain, who engaged the audience with his unique style of Hasya poetry. Starting from 6:00 PM onwards, the evening was filled with laughter and cultural exchange, highlighting the strong literary ties between the two nations.
The event is scheduled for 11th March 2017, starting from 5:30 PM onwards at the Penetti Banquet, Mani Square Mall, Kolkata. The celebration will be graced by Chief Guest Smt. Vaishali Dalmiya (M.L.A.) and Guest of Honour Lion S.P. Bhatt. The program is organized under the leadership of President Lion Rajesh Kr. Prasad, Secretary Lion Vijay Saraogi, and Treasurer Lion Bimal Kr. Jain.
The event will feature a lineup of celebrated poets, including the witty Arun Gemini and the melodious Dr. Kirti Kale. Joining them on stage are Ramesh Muskan and Priyanshu Gajendra. The Sanchalan for the entire program will be handled by Chirag Jain, ensuring a night of high-quality satire and poetic engagement for the residents of Kolkata.
The evening will feature a stellar lineup of poets, including Ved Prakash and Ramesh Muskan, who are known for their sharp wit and engaging performances. This joint initiative by the Rotary and Lions clubs aims to bring the community together through a shared appreciation of Hindi literature and satire in the heart of the city.

Held on Saturday, 23 October 2021, at 17:30 hrs, the program concluded with a formal dinner for all attendees. The event was coordinated by Swagatkarta Dr. Roshni Khubchandani and Nivedak Dr. Satyendra Narayan Pandey.
In addition to the poetic session, the day will include the Rajbhasha Puraskar Vitaran Samaroh to honor excellence in the official language. The gathering will take place at the Sabhagar, NITTTR, Sector 26. This event reflects the board’s commitment to promoting literature and national pride.
The Kavi Sammelan showcased an extraordinary lineup of Kavigan, including legendary voices such as Rahat Indori, Munawwar Rana, and Waseem Barelvi. The stage also featured Alok Puranik, Alok Shrivastava, Ajay Dixit, Chirag Jain, Jainendra Kardam, Pawan Aagri, Popular Meerutthi, Prabhakiran Jain, Praveen Shukla, Madhumohini Upadhyay, Mahendra Sharma, and Ved Prakash. The event took place on Saturday, 27th April 2013, starting at 6:00 PM.
The invited poets included the renowned Shri Arun Jaimini from Haryana and the versatile Shri Chirag Jain from Delhi. Joining them was Sushri Manisha Shukla from Uttar Pradesh, who added a soulful dimension to the Kavi Sammelan. Organized by NTPC Simhadri, this initiative showcased the public sector unit’s commitment to promoting the national language through engaging cultural performances.
